He currently serves as Director of Marketing, Operations, and Partnerships at TBH, a rapidly growing digital mental health company focused on expanding access to high-quality, culturally responsive care. Since joining TBH, Drew has helped lead the company’s expansion into all 50 states, growing its clinical offerings across therapy, psychiatry, 24/7 support lines, and crisis care.

At TBH, Drew wears many hats—overseeing operations, growth, sales, and compliance across multiple verticals. He’s led state and national go-to-market strategies, built partnerships across education and government, and played a key role in securing RFP wins that have fueled the company’s rapid expansion. He’s also helped launch new service lines and optimize care delivery, ensuring TBH maintains both quality and scale in a heavily regulated, fast-moving environment.

Drew’s work is grounded in a strong belief that mental health care should be accessible, equitable, and effective. He brings a unique blend of startup agility and policy fluency to the table, shaped by years of experience at the intersection of healthcare, government affairs, and impact-focused innovation. Prior to TBH, he held leadership roles in femtech and sextech, where he built clinical and operational systems from the ground up and helped guide organizations through complex regulatory landscapes.
